This year was both strategic and foundational. In the pages that follow, you’ll see how we strengthened our organizational systems, expanded leadership capacity, advanced Spanish language class development, engaged hundreds of Gen Z leaders at Urbana, and prepared for a once-in-a-decade curriculum revision that historically fuels new momentum. We also invested in research to better understand the lasting impact of Perspectives on students and on the global cause we serve.
